This is what the meal looks on paper -vs- on your This is what the meal looks on paper -vs- on your table.

In my case, when I see a small amount of food on paper, I freak put thinking it's not enough. But once I cook amd add veggies to my eggs and get creative with my food, it turns out to be more than enough.

I have carbs, fat, and protein to suit my needs for that meal.

This is my own personal meal. Yours will look completely different because your formula will be different.

So if you are looking for ways to add the nutrients you need to your meals for your goals, get a personalized plan that suits YOUR needs.

So this meal would not be suitable for a woman who is taller than me or who does heavier exercises than I do, or has different medical issues.

This is why it's extremely important to stop comparing to others and follow plans you find online. One size fits all does not apply to our health and wellness.

But there are a few things you can do about it:

✨Take Control of Stress For Your Health✨

(hint: don't try to do these at all once, this may end up adding to your stress, pick one to work on first, then move on to the next.)

✔️Prioritize Self-Care
Dedicate time to self-care activities like meditation, deep breathing exercises, or yoga to reduce stress levels.

✔️Regular Exercise
Engage in regular physical activity to release endorphins, the body's natural stress relievers. You can go for a walk, dance, or a high-intensity cardio workout.

✔️Balanced Nutrition
Maintain a well-balanced diet to support your body's needs and reduce stress-induced cravings.

Practicing Positive Self-Talk and Challenging Nega Practicing Positive Self-Talk and Challenging Negative Thoughts 👇

Positive self-talk is a skill that you can get better at with practice and hard work. Consider the following steps if you want to use affirmations effectively in your daily life:

Start small: Start with just a few affirmations that really speak to you. As you get used to the process, you can gradually add to your list.

Be Present: Use affirmations in the present tense when you practice them. This makes it more likely that you'll start to think that these good qualities are part of who you are.

Repetition is Key: Repeating positive self-talk is key to making it stick. Say affirmations as part of your daily routine, like when you wake up or before you go to sleep.

Believe in Yourself: When you use affirmations, go into them with an open mind and a willingness to really believe in their power. Believe that good changes will happen with time and effort.

Challenge Negative Thoughts: When negative self-talk starts to creep in, fight it with positive thoughts. Instead of being hard on yourself, be kind and understanding.
