Stay Connected to Yourself: Prioritize your own needs! You’re just as important as anyone else, so don’t forget it.

Practice Mindful Meditation: Taking a few minutes each day to chill out and let go of negative thoughts can seriously boost your mood.

Let Go: Often, the things we’re most insecure about are things nobody else even notices. Letting go of those negative thoughts can be super freeing.
