I am currently struggling with Seasonal Affective Disorder but that doesn't mean I'm weak.  If you are struggling too, make sure to give yourself space and time to just be. Lay on the couch, on the bed, on the floor, and just be.

The dishes will get done when they get done. The toys can pile up around you. IT WON'T BE THE END OF THE WORLD.

Just keep these as your priority:
-Eat healthy foods (or healthy comfort foods)
-Sleep 6-8 hours (find YOUR magic number)
-Move 20 mins daily (exercise, chase the kids, walk the dogs)
- Shower EVERY DAY even when you feel too tired.

Doing these basic things every day will keep you going. Let's not call it survival mode, let's call it auto-pilot mode.

We are still fierce - because we don't give up.  You're not alone, I'm on the floor right there next to you.

For others, it looks like a yoga class or a spa day. It doesn't really matter how small or big your self-care activity is, what does matter is that you sprinkle it in throughout your week and stop neglecting yourself.

How to take back your day & be productive

Today almost escaped me. Does this happen to you?  I've noticed that the days where I skip my morning routine & jump straight into work, are the days where I am least productive. 😔  Here is how I reclaim my day and finish it off productively.
