Here are some simple tips on how you can participate in this challenge and make gratitude a part of your daily routine:
Write down three things you are grateful for every day this week.
Grab a notebook or use the notes app on your phone and jot down three things you are grateful for each day. They can be big or small, from the beautiful sunset you witnessed on your evening walk to the kind words of encouragement from a friend. Writing them down helps you acknowledge and appreciate the blessings in your life, big and small.
Express appreciation and take the time to express gratitude to those around you.
