I’ve noticed that mental health is something we’re all paying more attention to these days, and for good reason. Breaking habits like doomscrolling, where we endlessly scroll through negative news, is a small but powerful way to protect our well-being.

I’ve also found that picking up hobbies can do wonders for both our mental and physical health, and studies back this up.

Staying active, whether through running a marathon or building strength at any age, is just as important for our mental clarity as it is for physical fitness.
