What a night. If you are anything like me, you fell asleep before the election was called. It may be because I’ve been waking up earlier than normal after Daylight Savings Time ended or because I’ve been exercising much more lately and thus changing my sleep habits.

Win or lose, election years are fueled by stress. I get it. It’s a stressful few months leading up to it and even months after it. Change of any type is often stressful. Today’s article gives great tips on how to manage post-election stress. Take a few tips and incorporate them as needed. Today I’ll go for a nature walk to soak up the rays and breathe in clean oxygen.
