I’m limiting my coffee intake to just 2 cups of coffee and the 3rd must be either a decaf or half-caf. Why? Because I’m noticing an increase in cortisol, restlessness and anxiety. My smartwatch told me so. I LOVE coffee but I’ve been using it lately as a source of comfort.
