I like to brain dump in my journal to make room for new sh*t to stress about lol - jk 😅⁠

The fact is many of us have many purposes.

The downside to having several purposes is that I'm constantly switching from one purpose to another.

This is why I journal a lot and always have my daily planner with me lol

How well do you know yourself? Isn't it magical? 🧚‍♀️

I remember when my relationship with myself was rocky.😒

One year I decided enough was enough and spent a year 'dating myself'.

I learned so much about myself that year.

In that time I focused on my relationship with myself. Which was amazing because I became ready to receive a new romantic relationship! 😍

Not only that but knowing more about myself helped me see what I truly wanted to do with my time.

💖It's not rainbows and sunshine every single day, but omg my life is so much better now than before.

How are you working on your relationship with yourself?

My mind is a zen garden where I go to when I need calm and center myself.

It's not always like this.

Some days the garden is flooded, or dry, or in the midst of winter.

♥️ But with mindfulness meditation I can tend to this garden in my head.

So that when I need to escape into it, it's ready for me.
