Here is your get of your comfort zone challenge:
- Identify something that you have been avoiding due to fear or discomfort.
- Set a specific deadline for completing that task or facing that fear. Remember to be realistic!
- Take the leap and do the task or face the fear by the set deadline.
- Reflect on your experience. What did you learn? How did it feel getting out of your comfort zone?
- Celebrate! Now it’s time to face another challenge and see how unstoppable you truly are.
